Disappointing

We bought this after researching a lot of high chairs, and have been so disappointed after using it for two months that we're now just hoping to offload it via Craigslist. It has a very large footprint--not nearly as sleek as we'd hoped. It looks very plasticky and cheap and clunky. The folding mechanism is completely useless, as the wheels are on the front and the legs fold so that the back legs are shorter than the front ones, meaning that the folded chair is resting on WHEELS. So you can't just fold it up and lean it against a wall.The main advantage of this chair is that it is easy to clean. The molded plastic seat is very easy to wipe down. I wasn't sure when I bought it if it was hard plastic or a softer foam-type surface, but it's very hard. The tray is nice and large, although I didn't find the pop-out tray to be all that helpful since food gets caught in the cracks.We went with a Fisher Price space saver booster chair, and very much prefer the simplicity and functionality for our 8-month-old.

Best value and easiest to keep clean

If you have more than one child you do not have the time to clean a difficult-to-clean highchair. Been there and done that it was misery when I only had one child. With more than one child now I need a chair that is:1. Easy to keep clean (easy means wipes off quickly and there are no cracks, crevices, holes for food and drink to get into and mold away)2. Sturdy and strong3. Attractive4. Easy to assemble from the boxThis highchair meets all of those requirements and I highly recommend it.

This is the first high chair I've ever had. My son is now 10 months old and we've been using the chair for about 2 months.Pros:-super easy to clean-- no fabric pieces of cushions to work around-super adjustable-- chair has various leaning positions, trays locks in various positions, and height of chair is adjustable-easy to put together as well, it took me about 30 minutesCons:-no cushions, which I think of as a pro, could be a con if you have a smaller baby-- but who would place a child that can't sit up in a highchair anyway?Customer Service Experience: I fell in love with the high chair as soon as it arrived, but was disappointed when the pop-off tray had glue underneath to hold it onto the bigger tray. The glue seemed to leave a yellow spot on the white tray and I couldn't get it off with any type of cleaner. I called customer service, gave them my merchandise number, and they immediately sent me a new white tray (bottom piece). It arrived in about a week. A week after that, Fed-ex showed back up and shipped the old, yellowed tray back to Evenflo. I didn't need to call, arrange pickup, or anything. It was all taken care of by the
