5Very pleased with the 200 Series
By D. Epstein
I was looking for a stroller that we could take on vacations with us. My main criterion being that I wanted it to recline, because my baby was only 8 months at the time of purchase (almost 4 months ago) and needed to nap on the go. I have to admit that I am highly impressed with both the stroller itself and the customer service (more on that later). So far we've taken this stroller to the dusty streets of Phoenix (AZ), rainy Amsterdam (The Netherlands), and busy Washington (DC). We had to fly with the stroller to two of these destinations and it still looks like new (before checking it in at the gate, we placed the stroller in the big plastic bag it was packaged in when it came from Amazon).First, it is easy to maneuver and believe me, I know what I'm talking about, because there were times when I had to push the stroller with just one hand, while dragging a heavy suitcase in the other hand. Also, many streets in Europe have very uneven brick sidewalks and the stroller did just great there. The stroller is very light and even with a 20 lb baby inside, if there were some stairs and no elevator, we would just pick it up and carry it. I also have to mention that it did pretty well on trains in Europe. It is narrow enough so that we could push it in the aisle of the train without any issues.Second, it seems very comfortable for the baby, because she is able to fall asleep in it and sleep for many hours (she hasn't been falling asleep that well in the travel system stroller we also use sometimes). The baby would usually fall asleep when the seat is upright and then we would just carefully recline it and she would continue sleeping peacefully. The little window at the top of the canopy allowed us to peak at her every now and then and if the sun is shining, we just put a blanket over it, to create a darker environment for the baby. The rain cover is terrific too. It fits perfectly and while we were soaking wet after experiencing some heavy downpours, my baby was always dry and cozy in there. We haven't had any technical malfunctions with the stroller, other than noticing that after our Phoenix trip one of the front wheels was not swiveling properly. I think it may have been some sand that had gotten into the part where the wheel connects to the stroller and cleaning it and spraying machine oil did resolve the problem, but I contacted baby cargo customer service anyway. On the next day (!!!) I had the FedEx guy at my door with two completely new wheels. Finally, to the person who thinks that all the good reviews are fake: I am not not sure about others, but mine is real and I was not paid to write it. I don't write that many reviews, even though I'm a very heavy Amazon user. I thought I would write a review for this stroller, since it deserves a good one. I agree with all the other positive reviews that this is a great stroller. Our summer vacations are over, but we will still continue using baby cargo stroller when we're out and about!

2Baby Cargo stroller
By mizseng
Baby Cargo 100 Series Lightweight Umbrella Stroller, Sun/NightThis is the first time I have written a review on a product, and it is because I am truly disappointed in the quality of the item and have decided to return it. In the past year I have bought hundreds of items (literally) on Amazon. I ordered this stroller to take on a simple vacation where it would be used just occasionally and at the airport, since we were staying with friends and family and mostly at home or driving to places. After 3-4 uses the plastic parts of the belt buckle closure began to give and bend, and there is a metal part of the frame that is hanging loose. That is ridiculous, especially given that I used it only a few times. It was fairly easy to put together (and this is from someone who cannot assemble anything and hates anything that comes in more than two parts). Also, it manuevered fine once we were moving. On the con side, the shade does not come down far enough to shade the child in hot or rainy weather, both of which we ended up experiencing in Chicago and Atlanta while on vacation.Would not recommend. For $110 it is not worth your money. Again, note that I am a consumer who has bought things on Amazon for years and NEVER written a review before now. This stroller is cheaply made and flimsy.

3Okay stroller
By Bunny Mom
Update - 01/12/13 - I've had this stroller for 9 months now (300 series), and it's okay. I expected more based on the price, but maybe my expectations were too high.Positives:* It's attractive, and the colors are nice.* My child seems comfortable and safe.* My experience with Baby Cargo customer service has been great (very responsive and helpful)Negatives:* Already having trouble with some of the wheels again. I use my stroller once a week (generally in a mall or paved shopping center or on city streets). I'm pretty sure the wheels are in need of replacement. Overall this is my biggest complaint about the stroller. The wheels just seem "cheap" in comparison to the rest of the stroller. I've stopped using as a result.* Difficult to collapse stroller. It is not intuitive. My husband still doesn't know how to do it (I would suggest in the future that they add instructions somewhere (maybe printed on the bottom of the stroller). Once you get used to it, then it's fine (but it was a pain in the beginning).* Lock when you collapse the stroller could be designed better. The only times that this lock matters to me is during air travel (I've gate checked the stroller several times, and every time the stroller has ended up partially open). It would be nicer if the lock would be tighter or if there was a velcro strap or something that could be used to secure it.***********************I was very excited to find this stroller. Finally, something that seemed to meet all requirements that I had for a lightweight stroller at a reasonable price. At this time I've not had the opportunity to use my stroller. Two of the wheels need to be attached to the base out of the box. One went on fine, the other broke immediately. There is a small plastic tab on the wheel that secures it to the base, and this one snapped off. I've included a picture under the product pictures. Other than that the stroller looks like it would be easy to assemble and of a good quality.Initially, I ran into some challenges trying to contact Baby Cargo. There are no customer support # on their site, and the repair email address wasn't working. I reached out to them using the general "contact us" portion of their site, and they responded very promptly. So far I'm really impressed with their response :). They are great exceeding my expectations in resolving the matter in a rapid manner. It's great to see a company that is so responsive.I will update this review and rating after I use the stroller.
