Thrilled at first, ended up very disappointed in construction

We bought this for our daughter and she started using it around 4 months. Let me first list the pros before getting to the problems we've had. It was super easy for me to set up by myself, it is adjustable so she started using it early while I was able to get other things done, it's a jumperoo and activity center which is great and is easy to clean. For the first two months we thought this was the best product ever! Then when our daughter was about 6 months and switched up to the middle adjustment one of the springs broke leaving it lopsided. We contacted the company and they were really great with sending us a replacement part (although it took 3 weeks and was sitting broken and unused for that time). However, about a week after installing the new part a different spring broke! I don't mean that the spring unhooked or something, the spring actually snapped and broke apart. Evenflo was willing to send us another replacement part but at this point I'm not completely comfortable with using it so we have returned it.I wish I could recommend it to other parents but I can't after the experience we've had. This may be the exception and not the rule but it's very disappointing. I still think it's a great activity center though! I will just add that this happened in the span of less than 4 months and she was about 22lbs when the second spring broke which is way under the maximum weight restriction.

I have a 5 month Old daughter and she has been using this item for the past month. She loves it and that means I love it!I highly recommend it, but it is an exersaucer so it's not made for a small area.

I was looking for a new exersaucer to replace my old one which my 3yr old managed to snap the toys off. I came across this one and it looked bright and fun for my 5 month old. Although you can't get this type of exersaucer in Australia (with the springs so they can jump), I had previously used one while visiting my sister in the US when my oldest was 8 months old. So I decided to go ahead and purchase it. It was easy and quick to assemble by myself and the huge smile on my 5 month olds face when I put him in it tells me it was worthwhile. I love that not only are there fantastic toys close for him to play with and chew on, but the overhanging toys encourage reaching as well. The toys are easily removed and cleaning it is a breeze. Best of all, the toys with music have an OFF switch! He is super excited now that he's figured out he can jump in it as well, which was a main factor in me purchasing it. It is somewhat heavier than my previous one, but certainly not an inconvenience. Takes up a little more room than my previous one, but then it also offers much more in terms of fun. Its very stable and he will stay in it for twice the time of the previous one which means I can get much more done while he's happily playing.
